Key Duties:

Greet & assist customers

Handle calls & enquiries

Maintain client records

Support daily front desk tasks & inventory

Manage and respond to Instagram messages & comments

Assist clients with orders and appointments

Provide product updates and coordinate with the team

Requirements:

Good communication skills

Basic knowledge of Instagram and WhatsApp

Friendly and positive attitude
