Job Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner. Resolve customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases. Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution. Deliver excellent service to enhance customer experience.

Requirements



Language Proficiency:

Fluency in

Hindi and English

(mandatory). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle CRM tools/software. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Willingness to relocate and work from
