Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain courses Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently. Follow up with leads and maintain customer databases. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Maintain records of conversations and call details in CRM.

Requirements:



Any Bachelor's degree Looking for female candidates. Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service is preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Malayalam. Self-motivated and target-driven.
