key Responsibilities

:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive relationship. Maintain a deep understanding of company products or services to provide accurate assistance. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved. Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (e.g., response time, customer satisfaction scores). Provide feedback to the management team to help improve processes and customer experience.

Pay: ?9,593.60 - ?14,000.00 per month
