Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Support Executive fluent in Hindi and
English to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide
technical support, and resolve issues related to vehicle tracking devices efficiently. This role
requires excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to build and
maintain positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in Hindi and English.
- Assist customers with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of vehicle
tracking devices.
- Provide step-by-step guidance on the usage of tracking devices and mobile/web
platforms.
- Address and resolve technical issues by coordinating with the technical team if
necessary.
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups and resolution confirmation.
- Maintain logs of customer interactions and issues.
- Provide feedback to the development and operations team to enhance product and
service quality.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of vehicle tracking devices.
- Conduct virtual or on-site demonstrations as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, sales, and operations) to ensure seamless
service delivery.
- Contribute to team meetings to enhance support strategies.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Skills
- Fluency in Hindi and English (verbal and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical aptitude to understand and explain GPS tracking devices.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications (MS Office).
Experience
1-3 years of experience in customer support or a technical helpdesk role.
Experience in the vehicle tracking or telematics industry is a plus.
