We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Support Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in
English, Hindi, and Arabic
and capable of handling customer queries professionally. This role will also involve
payment follow-ups and collection coordination
.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and messages
Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate customer records
Follow up with clients for
pending payments
and ensure timely collection
Coordinate with internal teams to address customer issues
Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
Fluency in
English, Hindi, and Arabic
(mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer support or collection follow-up is an advantage
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
