Requirements
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly.
Patience:
Ability to remain calm and helpful, even when dealing with difficult situations.
Team Player:
A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.
