Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma / Any Degree (For ACER process: BE / BTech candidates are not eligible)*

Experience:

Fresher & Experienced candidates welcome
(Some processes require minimum 6 months experience)

Languages:

English & Hindi (Mandatory)

Communication:

Good English speaking skills required

Versant Level:

4 to 5 (Process dependent)Shift & Working Details

Working Days:

6 Days working

Week Off:

Rotational / Fixed (Process dependent)

Shift Timings (Day Rotational):

Female:

7:00 AM / 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Male:

7:00 AM / 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM / 12:00 AM
Salary & Benefits

CTC:

?21,000 - ?30,000 per month

Take-Home Salary:

?16,200 - ?24,800 per month

Quarterly Bonus:

?4,200+

Apprenticeship Option:

Available for freshers (select processes)
Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally Resolve customer queries and escalations Maintain quality and compliance standards Achieve process-specific performance metrics
Interview Process (Mandatory)

AI Bot Call Interview Registration HR Interview Assessment / Operations Round
