The Customer Support Executive is responsible for assisting customers by resolving inquiries, addressing issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and timely support.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve complaints and provide accurate product or service information
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow company policies and service standards
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
