Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Sales Coordination: Assist in managing sales inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders accurately and efficiently.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Sales Administration: Maintain sales records, update customer information in the CRM system, and prepare sales reports as needed.
Work closely with the sales team and other departments to coordinate efforts to ensure timly completions.
