Job Description

Handle customer calls, emails, and chats regarding broadband service queries.

Assist customers with broadband installation, configuration, modem/router setup, and troubleshooting.

Resolve network-related issues such as low speed, connectivity problems, outages, and signal drops.

Coordinate with field technicians for installation, relocation, and maintenance requests.

Track service requests and ensure timely closure.

Provide information about broadband plans, upgrades, renewals, and billing clarifications.

Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions in CRM systems.

Escalate complex technical issues to the network/technical team.

Monitor service quality and provide feedback for process improvements.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Basic technical knowledge of broadband, routers, modems, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.

Ability to explain technical information in simple terms to customers.

Familiarity with CRM systems and call logging tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

Good problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
