Answer customer emails/call professionally to provide information.
Coordinate with customer and communicate effectively.
Resolving customer issues and concerns efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Responsible for high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every client.
Work with Team to stay updated on product information and be informed of any changes in customer policies.

Education and Skills Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any related field.
Minimum 1 + years of relevant work experience. (Experience in backend operations and Inbound calls.).
Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of Emails in MS Office using Outlook, advanced excel.
Good communications skills
Knowledge of customer service processes and best practices.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
