We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Support Executive
to join our Papa's Lifeline Veterinary Hospital team. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting pet parents with queries, driving appointment conversions, coordinating follow-ups, collecting feedback, and ensuring timely reporting. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in helping pet Parents.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inbound Call Handling
Attend incoming calls from pet parents with professionalism and empathy.
Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, treatments, and pricing.
Resolve basic queries or route calls to relevant departments when needed.
2. Outbound Calling
Contact potential and existing clients for appointment reminders, service updates, and membership plans.
Follow up on inquiries, treatment recommendations, and prescribed follow-up visits.
Drive conversions by explaining service benefits clearly and confidently.
3. Follow-up & Feedback Calls
Conduct follow-up calls for post-consultation or post-treatment check-ins.
Collect customer feedback to improve service quality.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.
4. Lead Conversion & Coordination
Work closely with the front desk and medical team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.
Track, update, and nurture leads through the hospital's CRM or lead management tools.
Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain call logs, lead status, feedback details, and conversion data.
Submit accurate End-of-Day (EOD) reports to the manager.
Highlight recurring issues, customer concerns, and suggestions for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
High School or relevant experience in customer support or tele-calling.
Excellent verbal communication skills (English + local language).
Strong customer-handling skills with patience and empathy for pet parents.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet targets.
Basic knowledge of pets and veterinary services (preferred, not mandatory).
Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting processes is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
