Role Overview
We are seeking a
Customer Support Executive
who will be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries efficiently, ensure timely resolution, and deliver an excellent support experience that reflects Bione's commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Resolve customer issues related to orders, reports, products, or services.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and technical teams) to ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Identify and report recurring issues or feedback to improve overall customer experience.
Adhere to company communication and service standards at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce, healthcare, or wellness industries.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using CRM software, ticketing tools, and MS Office.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the health-tech or wellness sector.
Knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is an added advantage.
