:

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to join our team, handling both Voice and Sales processes. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information about our products/services, and effectively promoting sales. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in one of the following languages is required: Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada.

Qualifications:

Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass

Age between 18 to 30 years.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and one regional language (Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada).

Ability to empathize with customers and resolve queries efficiently.

Prior experience in customer service or sales will be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Achieve sales targets and goals established by the company.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary range: INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
