:



1. Handle customer queries and requests during incoming calls.

2. Upsell banking products such as:

Debit/Credit card upgrades EMI conversions on credit card dues Top-ups on existing loans (Home/Personal) Insurance offerings

Work from Office only

Shifts:

9 hours/day; 6 days/week with rotational weekly offs

Male:

24x7 rotational shifts

Female:

Between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM only

Dress Code:



Mon to Fri

- Formals

Sat & Sun

- Semi-casuals

Candidate Requirements:



1. Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Mandatory)

2. Additional regional languages are a plus

3. No MTI or basic understanding - Clear and fluent speech essential

4. Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
