We are seeking a dedicated and customer?focused professional to join our corporate office team as a Customer Support Executive. The role involves handling patient queries, coordinating with hospital units, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk?in queries from patients and clients. Provide accurate information about hospital services, doctors, and appointments. Coordinate with hospital units to resolve patient concerns and service requests. Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback in the system. Follow up with patients to ensure service satisfaction. Support corporate initiatives related to patient engagement and service quality. Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills:



Graduate in any discipline (preferred: healthcare / life sciences background). 1-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the healthcare / hospital industry. Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast?paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM software. Strong problem?solving and patient?handling skills. Execellent communication skills
