Job Description

Duties and Responsibility of Technical Support Executive:



They have to Install, repair, Trian and service all the Vehicle Tracking GPS equipment supplied to the clients.

They have to plan the Installation and servicing work in advance so the uptime of the devices will be improved.

They have to work in teams and delegate work amongst them so the work can be conducted at a fast pace

They have to make detailed reports on all the work that is done on each GPS device/Client.

They have to work on improving the performance of the GPS device.

They also have to conduct safety checks do preventive maintenance on all the devices periodically to avoid major downtime.

Have to keep an inventory of GPS equipment required for the repair work

Have to know about all the latest GPS devices that are available in the market.

Visit to customer place regularly train about product & solution. Understand the customer issues and resolve it immediately.

Qualification:


ITI or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Fitter

Requirement:


2 wheeler is must.
