We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic

Lead Generation Executive - Chat Support

to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling website/live chat inquiries, initiating conversations, understanding customer needs, and generating qualified leads for our sales team. This is a crucial role focused on converting website traffic into potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and respond to incoming queries via website chat, WhatsApp, and other messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner. Understand customer requirements, provide relevant information about our courses and services, and guide them through the enrollment process. Identify and qualify potential leads and update CRM with accurate details. Follow up with prospects to nurture and convert them into sales-ready leads. Coordinate with the sales team by providing accurate information of the lead to ensure support during the conversion process. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging and lead capture strategies. Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



1-2 years of experience in a customer support role (Non-Voice process) Strong communication skills - written and verbal (English is a must). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM tools, live chat platforms, and lead management software. Customer-oriented attitude with a problem-solving mindset. Willingness to work in rotational shifts & working days..
