Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and ensure continued satisfaction. Stay updated on service knowledge, company policies, and industry trends. Participate in training sessions to improve customer service skills and stay informed about new products and services.
