JOB DESCRIPTION - Customer Support Executive (Voice & Non-Voice)


Experience:

6 months - 3 years

Key Responsibilities:



Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively through voice (inbound/outbound calls) and non-voice channels (email, chat). Maintain a

positive, empathetic, and professional

demeanor while interacting with customers. Communicate clearly and confidently in

Hindi and English

Hindi speaking is mandatory

. Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the system. Follow up with customers as needed to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex queries or concerns. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and support systems. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and service levels. Handle multiple queries simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:



6 months to 3 years of experience in a

customer support or call center

environment (voice or non-voice).

Fluency in Hindi is mandatory;

good communication skills in English are also required. Typing speed of

30-40 words per minute (WPM)

with good accuracy. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and tools. Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?16,000.98 - ?19,000.57 per month
