We are looking for a smart, customer-oriented

Customer Support Executive

to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling

inbound calls

from customers, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound calls from customers in a professional and timely manner Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times Record and update customer interactions and transactions Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:



Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role Excellent communication skills in English and/or regional languages Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Must be available to work from our office in

Bangalore
