Role and Responsibilities -

Customer Support Executive

? Coordinates with the customers by replying emails.

? Answers customer calls for end-to-end resolution of all issues.

? Communication with the team for timely resolution.

Skills/Competencies required:



? An eye for detail.

? Head for numbers.

? Analytical bent of mind.

? Understanding co-relation between data (input vs. output)

? Drive for results and pro-activeness

Qualifications and Education Requirements:



Graduate in any stream.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:

Performance bonus
Work Location: In person
