Customer Support Executive - International BPO (USA Process)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused
Customer Support Executive
to handle inbound/outbound interactions for our
USA-based clients
. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality support, resolve customer queries efficiently, and ensure an excellent customer experience while adhering to company and process guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, and chats
for USA customers
Resolve customer inquiries related to
billing, technical support, product/service information, and complaints
Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while interacting with customers
Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
Meet or exceed
quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
Follow
USA compliance standards
, company policies, and scripts
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when required
Stay updated on process changes, products, and service offerings
Eligibility / Requirements:
Excellent
English communication skills
(verbal and written)
Minimum
12th pass / Graduate
(any discipline)
0-5 years
of experience in International BPO (USA process preferred)
Ability to work in
US shifts / night shifts
Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in
USA voice/non-voice processes
Strong customer handling and conflict resolution skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Work Schedule:
US Shifts (Night Shift)
