Key responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, emails, and chats from international clients.
Provide product and service information and resolve customer issues or complaints.
Maintain and update customer records accurately.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments when necessary.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
Meet or exceed performance targets, such as response times and customer satisfaction ratings.
Follow company policies, procedures, and communication scripts.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
Required skills and qualifications
Fluency in English and other relevant languages.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer Knowledge
Flexibility to work in different shifts due to time zone differences.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
