?Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries related to the ICEGATE (Indian Customs Electronic Gateway) process.
Provide accurate information and support regarding customs clearance, documentation, and online filing.
Resolve customer issues via calls, emails, and system-based queries in a timely manner.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer concerns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service quality standards.
?Key Skills Required:
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
Basic knowledge of computers and data entry.
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability.
Willingness to learn government portal and compliance processes.
Ability to work in a team and handle pressure efficiently.
