About the Role
We are hiring a
Customer Support Executive
to assist our Switzerland-based partner in the smart-fridge and catering ecosystem. In this role, you will support users through phone, chat, and email, ensuring a seamless experience with app usage, smart-fridge access, and order-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer assistance in
English and French
across phone, email, and chat
Support users with
Smart Fridge access, technical troubleshooting, and app navigation
Handle
payment issues, refunds, and billing inquiries
Address product or meal quality concerns and share details on stock availability and allergens
Coordinate with internal teams including kitchen, delivery, and technical support
Maintain clear and professional communication aligned with Swiss service standards
Work in shift timings aligned with
CET (Switzerland)
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)
German
is an added advantage, not mandatory
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills
Ability to remain calm, patient, and solution-focused
Experience in
customer support, hospitality, or food-tech is a plus
Familiarity with tools like
Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom
is preferred but not required

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
