We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients with IT-related queries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Provide step-by-step guidance to customers for problem resolution.
Maintain and update technical documentation, FAQs, and support logs.
Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level IT teams when necessary.
Monitor and follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution.
Educate customers on software and hardware usage best practices.
Assist with onboarding and training new clients on IT systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
