Key Responsibilities:



Make follow-up calls to customers for NDR (Not Delivered Reports) and pending checkouts. Coordinate with courier partners for delivery resolution. Update call status in CRM/Google Sheets. Escalate unresolved issues to concerned teams.

Requirements:



Strong verbal communication in

[English & Hindi]

. Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets).. Comfortable with high-volume calling.
