Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat queries from customers.
Provide accurate information about products, services, order status, and delivery timelines.
Assist customers with order placement, returns, exchanges, and complaints.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, logistics) to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback to the team on recurring issues to improve processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer support or telecalling role (preferably in e-commerce or retail).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
