Customer Care Executives

for appointment booking support in the healthcare sector. This role requires excellent communication skills and fluency in one or more South Indian languages.

Eligibility Criteria:



Graduates or Undergraduates

good communication skills

Fluency in any of the following languages is required:

Malayalam Telugu Tamil Kannada

Salary:


Up to ?25,000 CTC (based on experience and language proficiency)

Key Responsibilities:



Assist customers in scheduling healthcare appointments Communicate clearly and empathetically in the preferred language Maintain accurate records of interactions and bookings Deliver a positive customer experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday Rotational shift
Location:

Gurgaon, Haryana (Required)
Work Location: In person
