Maintain call logs and update CRM systems with relevant details.
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines during customer interactions.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective support.
Work collaboratively with team members and maintain a positive work environment.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and maintain quality standards.
