Job Summary:



We are looking for a skilled

Customer Support Executive

responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and high-quality support to customers using fintech products and services. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving transaction-related issues, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and delivering an excellent customer experience across multiple support channels.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-app support related to fintech products and services. Assist customers with account setup, KYC verification, transactions, payments, refunds, and dispute resolution. Provide clear guidance on product features, fees, security measures, and usage policies. Track, document, and follow up on unresolved cases to ensure timely closure. Verify customer identity and maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information. Adhere to fintech regulations, data privacy laws, and internal compliance policies. Deliver professional, courteous, and empathetic service to build customer trust. Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve products and support processes. Stay updated on new fintech features, regulatory updates, and process changes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
