Eligibility Criteria:

Graduates - Freshers are eligible Graduates with minimum 1 year experience (on paper) Undergraduates with relevant experience Candidates with V5 / V6 experience preferred Good verbal communication skills required
Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls professionally Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction Follow process guidelines and compliance standards Update customer information and call details correctly
Shift & Working Details:

Rotational shifts Rotational weekly offs 6 days working
