Key Responsibilities:



Handle and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat

Provide accurate information about products/services

Manage email correspondence and ensure timely follow-up

Assist in lead generation by responding to inquiries and capturing potential customer details

Handle complaints and resolve issues within defined timelines

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image


Requirements:



Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 0 to 2 year+

Basic English communication skills (written & verbal)

Strong communication in Hindi & Gujarati preferred

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle customers with patience

Positive attitude and problem-solving approach
