We are hiring Customer Care Executives (Telecalling) for a voice-based customer support process. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy communication, problem-solving, and building customer relationships.



Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls


Resolve queries, provide information, and offer solutions to customers


Maintain accurate records of interactions in the system


Follow communication scripts and company procedures


Meet performance metrics such as call quality and productivity targets



Eligibility Criteria:



Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass


Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome


Basic computer knowledge is required



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?16,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
