Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support professionally
Understand customer queries and provide accurate, timely solutions
Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Provide information about company products/services clearly and confidently
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or equivalent qualification
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
Customer-focused and result-oriented approach
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in customer support, BPO, or service industry
Experience handling international or domestic clients (if applicable)
Strong listening and negotiation skills
