Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can handle customer queries efficiently through calls, emails, and chat, ensuring a positive customer experience and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and chats Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally Maintain accurate records in CRM systems Follow standard scripts and escalation processes Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications



Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools) Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset Ability to handle pressure and multitasking Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)



Prior experience in BPO / Customer Support Knowledge of chat or email support Regional language proficiency
