The Inside Sales Support Executive will assist the sales team by preparing quotations, handling client communication, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Quotation Management
Prepare accurate quotations and proposals based on client requirements.
Update pricing, product information, and proposal records.
Follow up with clients on submitted quotations and capture feedback.
2. Client Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Communicate product details, lead times, and order status to clients.
Schedule calls, meetings, and demos with sales team members as needed.
3. Internal Department Coordination
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Technical, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Share relevant client information internally for timely execution.
Track order progress and follow up with internal teams for updates.
4. Sales Support & Reporting
Maintain customer databases, CRM records, and quotation logs.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on quotations, leads, and sales pipeline.
Support the sales team in lead management, follow-ups, and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or customer service.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
