Mon-Fri: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Sat: 10:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via
WhatsApp, Instagram, email & calls.
Assist customers with
orders, deliveries, returns & exchanges.
Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.
Maintain customer records and basic MIS reports.
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Order & Post-Sales Support
Track and resolve issues related to
orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Coordinate with the
warehouse, logistics, and internal teams
to close customer tickets efficiently.
Follow up with customers until resolution and closure.
CRM & Reporting
Update and maintain customer details, queries, and resolutions in the system.
Prepare
daily/weekly MIS reports
on customer queries, complaints, and resolutions.
Identify recurring issues and share insights with the management for improvement.
Requirements:
Graduate preferred.
1-3 years of experience
in customer support / CRM (fashion or e-commerce preferred).
Good communication skills in
English & Hindi
(Gujarati is a plus).
Familiar with social media & CRM tools.
Customer-focused and solution-oriented.
