Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social media, platform navigation
Provide accurate information about platform services, features, and policies
Resolve customer issues and complaints within defined SLAs
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for booking and service confirmation
Maintain customer and vendor records in CRM systems
Track cases and ensure timely closure
Follow up on customer feedback to improve service quality
