Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Service Executive
to join our Compliance team. This role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a high level of service quality.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability to manage customer queries professionally and efficiently

Prior experience in customer service or a related role is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and other communication channels
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly
Maintain and update customer interaction and service records
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution
Follow company service standards, compliance protocols, and guidelines
Contribute to service improvement initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction
