Responsibilities:



Handle incoming customer calls related to orders, queries, and issues Coordinate with partner pharmacies to ensure smooth order processing Communicate with delivery partners (riders) to resolve delivery-related issues Provide clear, polite, and professional support across all touchpoints Ensure timely updates and issue resolution for customers, pharmacies, and riders

is mandatory Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Kannada/Tamil/Telugu - any preferred) Candidates from Ahmedabad will be preferred
