Job Title: Back Office Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary Range: ₹21,000 to ?40,000 (CTC)

Shift: Day Shift or Rotational Shifts (based on role requirements)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support daily operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth workflow across departments. This role requires strong organisational skills, data accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle data entry, record management, and documentation.

Maintain and update internal databases and reports.

Process customer or client information with accuracy and confidentiality.

Coordinate with internal teams for operational requirements.

Review and verify data for completeness and correctness.

Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Graduate or equivalent qualification.

Good communication skills and basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, documentation).

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Prior experience in back office or operations is an advantage, but freshers may also apply for suitable roles.
