Customer Support Executive (Real Estate) - Gaj Group

Location: Vadodara

Industry: Real Estate (Plotting Projects with Amenities)

Job Role

We are looking for a confident and communication-strong Customer Relationship Executive who can call potential customers, explain our plotting projects, and convert inquiries into site visits & sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers from the given database. Explain Gaj Group's plotting projects, locations, amenities, and investment benefits. Convince customers for site visits and maintain follow-up. Handle customer queries professionally and provide correct information. Maintain daily call reports and customer records in CRM/Excel. Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover. Build good customer relationships to increase conversions.
Skills Required

Good communication skills (Hindi / Gujarati / Basic English). Confident on phone calls with polite behaviour. Ability to explain real estate concepts clearly. Basic knowledge of real estate sales is an advantage. Familiar with Excel / CRM is preferred. Positive attitude & result-oriented mindset.
Qualification

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Fresher or experience in telecalling/sales welcome.
Salary Range

?12,000 - ?20,000 + Incentives (Based on performance)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
