Job Role:


We're hiring a

Customer Support Executive

to assist our customers and ensure an excellent service experience through

calls, emails, and chat

. You'll be the first point of contact for customer queries and help maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries via

phone, email, and chat

Provide accurate information about our products/services Resolve basic issues or escalate to the concerned team Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback Follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:



Excellent communication skills in

English and Hindi

Basic computer knowledge (

MS Office, email, CRM tools

) Positive, patient, and customer-friendly attitude Strong problem-solving and listening skills

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome!

Willingness to learn and grow with the team
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
