phone, email, and chat

Resolve basic issues or escalate to the concerned team
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
Follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge (
MS Office, email, CRM tools
)
Positive, patient, and customer-friendly attitude
Strong problem-solving and listening skills
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome!
Willingness to learn and grow with the team
