We are looking for a

Customer Support Executive

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and able to handle queries efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services. Handle complaints and resolve issues with patience and empathy. Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, dispatch, warehouse) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:



1-3 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, or a similar role. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools). Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
