Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department/manager.
Follow-up with customers to ensure their queries are resolved.
Assist in customer onboarding and guiding them through processes when required.
Contribute to process improvement by suggesting solutions based on customer feedback.
