Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with product information, orders, and queries. Provide accurate details regarding perfumes, offers, and policies. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the concerned team when required. Follow up with customers on pending payments, deliveries, and service feedback. Maintain call records, update CRM/ERP systems, and generate daily call reports. Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional service. Meet performance targets related to call handling, conversions, and customer retention.

Requirements



Graduate/Undergraduate with good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).

1-3 years of experience

in tele-sales, tele-support, or customer service (FMCG, retail, or perfumery industry preferred). Strong telephone etiquette and persuasive communication. Ability to handle pressure, objections, and customer grievances. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
