Job Description

- Attend to customer queries and resolve them.

- Guide users in bookings & subscriptions

- Call registered users to guide them in using the tools of the app

- Share essential updates with users as per their conditions

- Helping users in uploading physical medical records & digitizing them for the users

- Monitor & execute product orders, dispatch and post delivery follow up

- Identify the tools requiring assistance & difficulties faced by the user and share user feedback with team to improve user experience

- Get application feedback

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
